Jennifer is a trauma-informed, licensed professional counselor and supervisor with over 20 years of experience providing parental support, individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, ages 8 to older, struggling with the effects of trauma, anxiety, panic, and depression, anger issues, OCD, phobias, ADHD, life transitions, grief, and loss. Jennifer specializes in advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Trauma, and expressive therapies.

Jennifer has a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University).

Stephen Hord provides individual, couple and family therapy to those challenged with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, anger issues, relational issues and life transitions. Stephen provides a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space where people can explore their challenges, strengthen relationships and foster lasting change. Stephen specializes in using systemic and collaborative approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.

Stephen has a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hope College in Michigan. Stephen is certified as a Think Differently Life Coach and trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Natalie, LCSW, provides individual therapy for adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, with particular interest in working with those who are navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, loss, and trauma. She is trained in DBT and CBT and draws from a psychodynamic and attachment-based lens to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, understand how their past has shaped their present, and develop sustainable ways to process and cope with life’s challenges.

With a spirit of curiosity and a warm, compassionate presence, Natalie offers a client-centered approach and tailors treatment to each person’s unique needs. Natalie also has a strong passion for social justice and supports clients in exploring the emotional impact of living within systems of oppression. As a therapist, Natalie’s intention is to walk alongside you on your journey towards self-discovery, healing, and creating a life that feels more meaningful and true.

Natalie received her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.

Molly Rafferty, LPC | Child, Adolescent & Play Therapy Specialist

Molly works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Further, she enjoys talking with adolescents and youth, especially employing her training in play therapy. She focuses on individual therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, identity, women and family.

She approaches every session with calm, collaboration in mind, and without judgement so that her clients are free and open to express their emotions, patterns, and responses while developing healthier ways to cope.  Molly’s style is solutions-oriented and empowering; however tailors each session with adult women and men individually based on the client’s background.  She is experienced in Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) or Attachment Based Therapy.

Molly has practiced counseling for 33 years, earned a Master’s degree in Counseling and a bachelors in elementary education from West Texas A & M University.

Jana’s work is best suited for adults with complex, overlapping conditions who value thoughtful clinical reasoning and are seeking a careful, systems-based approach.  Specifically Jana has successfully helped her clients experiencing chronic, multifactorial health concerns involving the gut, immune system, metabolism, brain, and nervous system.

Jana’s experience offers guidance in nutrition, meal planning and natural supplements, lab testing, lifestyle consultation and red-light therapy treatments.

Published lead author on research examining mitochondrial dysfunction and GLP-1 physiology, as well as a second publication exploring photobiomodulation (red light therapy) as a multimodal adjunct in anxiety and depression. These projects reflect her broader interest in how energy metabolism, inflammation, and neural signaling intersect in complex mood and neuroimmune conditions.

Jana is currently completing a Master’s degree from Kings College, London in Neuroscience.  Certified Nutrition from University of Western States, and Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.

Because this level of integration requires careful assessment, pacing, and follow-up, care is provided in a minimum four-month engagement.

Caitlynn is passionate about creating inclusive, healing spaces for her clients in Austin. She specializes in brain injury recovery, trauma, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, and life transitions. As a Certified Brain Injury Specialist with extensive experience in neuro-counseling, crisis intervention, and substance abuse recovery, she offers a deep understanding of the intersection between physical trauma and mental health.

Caitlynn focuses on reslience and empowerment to help clients maintain hope and rewrite their stories. Her therapeutic approach balances deep emotional healing with practical, achievable solutions. Caitlynn tailors treatment using evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Person-Centered Therapy.

Caitlynn earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental health from St. Edwards University, holds certification as a Brain Injury Specialist, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Rehabilitation Studies and Sociology from the University of North Texas.
