Red light therapy (RLT) offers a gentle, non-invasive treatment that can complement traditional care for those navigating depression, anxiety, and stress. It may help lower inflammation, increase energy production in cells, and help regulate the body’s natural circadian rhythms.

At Texas Wellness Collective’s Austin Great Hills location we will offer session utilizing the Aspen TheraLight Fit. This is another integrative approach that nurtures the mind and improves the body.

Built by Laser Experts TheraLight is made by the same company behind Aspen Lasers — a name with nearly 40 years of photomedicine experience and a line of FDA-cleared pain management lasers. That’s a meaningful credibility differentiator versus generic bed makers.
Four Therapeutic Wavelengths The FIT delivers 635nm, 810nm, 850nm, and 940nm — one red and three near-infrared wavelengths. The emphasis is that 75% of the LEDs produce near-infrared (invisible, deepest penetrating), not just surface-level red. This matters for the mental health and neurological applications TWC focuses on.
Session Duration 13–18 minutes per session (some clinical protocols cite 12 minutes in-bed with 20 minutes total allocated).
